Okaloosa County, FL- A new video shows a Niceville woman being tased during a traffic stop. Morgan Revell claims the officer used excessive force, but the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office said she was on drugs and disobeying the law. The video is from April 2017. It shows Revell being tased. The sheriff's office said she was pulled over for speeding. The officer who pulled her over is a former DUI enforcement officer and asked her to get out of the car because he thought she was impaired. The Sheriff's office said the deputy later found heroin and cocaine in her car.
